While many things about having Pizza Parties are still the same, there are some changes. Last year the Thurston County Health Department got interested in our food service operation and made us aware that we need to have Temporary Food Establishment Permits which costs $115 each. However, we were able to secure a multiple use permit for six parties at the cost of 3. 

• The only dates available are on the form below. If you must use another date, you'll need to pay for your own permit. 
• The only ingredients you can serve on your pizzas are the ones we will send you...but it's a long list. 
• If you want to serve alcohol, you'll need to get a banquet permit and serve it from 911 Adams as a "beer garden" where minors are not allowed. 
• The cost has increased to $150 per event and you can still work off up to $50 in work trade in our garden ~ in advance of the event. The remainder is due after the Pizza Party.
