Here's what we're offering:

(Details are in this Office Sharing Agreement)

  • 12 hours per week of exclusive use of lockable back office, equipped with an expandable desk/table, desk chair, shelf space, filing cabinet, individual storage, and two additional occasional chairs.

  • kitchen/bathroom privileges

  • wireless internet access, plus all utilities

  • parking behind the house

  • 4 hours per month of exclusive conference/meeting space

  • Two office hours can be exchanged for one meeting space hour - up to four office hours per week

  • shared use of one basement storage space (approx. 8’x10’).  Storage space usage will be secured with a padlock, accessible only by the four shared office users.

  • spontaneous, informal use of kitchen and front conference/meeting rooms when these spaces are not otherwise occupied by a scheduled, paying group or individual.  Please note, this usage is limited to four hours a week, and there is no guarantee of privacy.

  • use of the Commons outdoor tables and gardens, for leisure and informal meetings.

This is a unique and limited offer of shared community space for rent.  It isn't right for everyone.  Is it right for you?  We are looking for individuals, businesses and organizations:

  • Who will give back to the  community by volunteering for The Commons, sharing community skills such as non-violent communication, and being of service.
